Today, April 14 was a foggy morning in the city. This video may not have the best quality but you can clearly see how the drivers ignore traffic signals. In this corner there are two posters of "YIELD", one in each village, on the same block there is a garden, a school and two churches. There is no control or understanding. There is no respect for pedestrians and a man in a wheelchair can not cross, among other things.
